Ole Ole was okay okay. The service was absolutely remarkable. One girl manning the phone, to go orders and the dining room. Flawlessly. The food though was just ok. Not a lot of flavor in anything.
If your want authentic Mexican food this is not the place to eat at. I'm from Texas and I know Mexican food will never recommend this place. The rice is not home made along with the can beans. Currently still looking for a good spot in Syracuse to eat authentic Mexican food.
First time in had the chicken chimi special absolutely amazing. Guacamole is on point and queso is perfect. Thank you guys see you Sunday's for your soup
Walking in just shy of 7 pm on a Friday night and the place was empty - it was our first clue. Location is not great, in the far back of a strip mall and a swamp just outside the door. The place was clean, and the young woman who waited on us professional and friendly. We ordered, two appetizers (Bean dip and Loaded Fries.) Both were tasteless, beyond bland, and the chips were made in some other part of the world. Our main dishes were: Tamales; Fish Tacos; Beef Enchiladas, and a Chicken bowl, all served with rice and beans. The beans had NO flavor, the Rice was colored yellow, but had no taste - neither even had salt. I love trying new places, and am always willing to take a risk, but this was a true disappointment. I've had tastier food at Taco Bell.
This place is the worst place ever. I gave it a star because it's the lowest to approve a review. This is not authentic. I had the burrito. The steak was chewy like gum. No seasoning. No taste. Rice was not even cooked right. Chips were hard and stale. The guacamole was the only good thing on table besides the soda. And I paid for my plate when I ate like 5% of the Burrito. I let them know and all I got was a sorry from waitress/cashier. And no discount was given. So upsetting. Not even from Syracuse was on a trip there and I will never visit this place again. July 8th 17 was the date I visited this place and last time I will. If your selling the color red. Make sure is red. Not blue. Places like this will close in the long run if they don't get there act together. Don't recommend. I'm a cook myself so I know. So commercial! I apologize to my wife and kids for ruining there day.
