Took 20 min. To get someone to layaway ,then they rang up everything and it would not go through the system so we have to wait till they rang it all again. And the lady that was in front of us that was waiting the 30 minutes to find her table that was on lay away they brought out the wrong table,lost her stuff. When we tried to call someone on the phone about layaway they were rude and hung up

Kmart has declined in quality over the last few years. Employees are fewer and far between and the interior needs a face lift. The over head PA system also needs repair. Every other speaker is completely static. Prices are still relatively competitive though.
I hate going there because the lines are tooooo long and they usually only have one cashier open. When you need help no one is there.
This place is kind of a dive...The whole place could use a re-model and clean up to just look presentable. Some of the aisles were really trashed. Also, I feel like if you put signs up that certain items are on sale they should actually be on sale...
